The primary function of the Loan Partner One position is to manage appointments, screen prospects, work on marketing activities and manage the Loan Officer CRM.
Among His/Her Responsibilities
• Respond to emails coming from leads in a timely manner
• Respond to text from leads in less than 5 min
• Manage responses on Business Pages (FB, Instagram).
• Work with set up and follow up in all CRM systems.
• Refer the mobile application .
• Setting up appointments with borrowers with Loan Officer.
• Following up with appointments (reminders)
• Setting up appointments with Realtors and partners.
• Entering all leads information in CRM
• Screen every lead based on format with questions .
• Complete loan purpose and main source of leads.
• Set up campaigns in CRM.
• Set up Realtor Marketing Partnership in CRM
• Email referring partner and send updates .
• Welcome emails to new Borrowers
• Monthly follow up for Post closing referrals
• Coordinating events – including invites, marketing material and
promotional items.
• Following with ALL clients to make sure getting great service level.

Manage the administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all closing procedures.
• Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities.
• Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
